There are numerous clues and red flag warnings that you should recognize as potentially dangerous to yourself and your children. Once you learn about these warnings, and understand them, you will be able to start helping yourself and your family.

The process of getting out of an abusive relationship will need to acquire patience on the victims' part and once she learns some survival tipsĀ  and starts to practice them, the process may not seem that bad after all. Learning to survive on your own, especially if you have always been in a relationship, whether it was abusive or not, is intimidating and may become the most important thing you will ever do in your life.
